Wednesdays at 8:30 a.m., Thursdays at 7:30 a.m.

You will be taken through an intense yet rewarding workout on the Reformer, Cadillac and Wunda Chair.

We have taken the principles of Pilates and brought them to the bike. While you listen to upbeat music, you will get your heart rate up and burn calories, thus creating an energy that can carry you through the rest of your day!




Mondays at 11:00 a.m., 11:30 a.m.




Mondays & Fridays at 10:00 a.m. & Saturdays at 12:00 p.m.

The conscience ability and freedom to move your body, in order to promote positive results. This class focuses on toning and strengthening the muscular structure through the use of various props. Bring your sneakers!



Studio Etiquette

First time clients must arrive 10 minutes early to fill out paperwork and tour the studio.  Cell phones are not permitted in class. Thank you for understanding.



We prefer form fitting clothing but allow whatever you are comfortable in. We recommend covering feet with Toe Sox or Vibram FiveFinger shoes. We do allow bare feet or socks. (Shoes not recommended except for Mat Reformology and Core Cycle).
