We only accept returns for defective items and must be notified within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and packaged as received. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please email kahley@pilatesbykahley.com immediately with photos and a description of the issue so we can make it right. The customer would be responsible for paying the return shipping.
As a small business, we are currently only able to accept returns for defective items. We are not able to offer returns or refunds for other reasons at this time. We appreciate your understanding and support. It helps us continue creating quality, made-to-order products with care.

If you need to cancel or make changes to an order once it has been placed, please email kahley@pilatesbykahley.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to help before it enters production. Each item is made to order, and we begin processing quickly to ensure timely delivery.

We offer free standard shipping within the U.S. on all orders. During checkout, available shipping methods will automatically adjust based on your shipping address.
For faster service, express delivery is available on in-stock items only, with the shipping cost covered by the customer. Please note that express shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes or APO/DPO/FPO addresses. Standard shipping is available for P.O. Boxes and military addresses (APO/DPO/FPO), but only through eligible carriers that support those destinations.
We also ship internationally. For all international orders, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be calculated at checkout. Customs duties, import taxes, and any fees imposed by the destination country are also the responsibility of the customer.
